1. Booking & Appointments: All services must be booked in advance. A confirmation message will be sent after your appointment is scheduled. Please arrive on time. Clients arriving 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
2. Deposits & Payments: Certain services require a non-refundable deposit of $30 to secure your spot.Full payment is required immediately after the service is completed. Accepted payments include cash, Zelle, Cash App, or card (depending on availability).
3. Cancellations & No-Shows: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
4. Hair Preparation:Â Clients should come with clean, dry, and fully detangled hair, unless the service includes washing.Extra fees may apply for detangling or hair prep.
5. Kids Policy: Children must remain calm and seated throughout their appointment for safety purposes. If a child cannot sit still, we may decline the service for their safety.
6. Personal Belongings: Next Level Braids IS NOT responsible for lost or misplaced items. Please secure your phones, wallets, and personal items during your visit.

All clients are kindly advised that any concerns or complaints regarding hair services must be reported within 72 hours (3 days) after the appointment.
Please note that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If a retouch is requested, an additional fee will apply, and the cost will depend on the hairstyle and the level of damage or adjustment required. This policy helps us maintain fairness and quality service for all clients.
